477b Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the 477b platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 477b strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a self-exclusion agreement in place with 477b.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep this information updated.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 477b platform. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must register using your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and accurate personal details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 477b reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address or payment method ownership.
• Any account found to have duplicate registrations, to be linked to a previously closed account, or to be operated by a person failing the eligibility criteria will be suspended pending investigation.

477b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the 477b platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 477b account balance within seconds of a successful transfer.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• 477b reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned minus any transaction fees.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the 477b platform without 477b's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 477b excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the 477b platform, regardless of how such loss arises.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 477b platform or any part of it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other reason beyond 477b's reasonable control.
• Any errors in game outcomes, odds, or displayed information resulting from technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet, 477b reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 477b, or provision of false or misleading documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any criminal purpose. In such cases, 477b may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities and withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.

477b may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 477b will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on 477b.bio. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 477b platform shall first be referred to 477b customer support for resolution. 477b aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
